All tours include non-alcoholic beverages e.g. water, soft drinks and fresh fruits.

Full Day and Overnight Tours will stop at local beach destinations along the way for lunch and other meals and customers are requested to order and pay separately.

Snorkeling and Scuba Diving are available upon request for an additional fee.

Bookings, Payment, Refunds and Cancellation:

​

• For half day and sunset trips, 100% of the full price needs to be transferred to finalize the booking.

• For full day or multi-day trips, bookings are only final when a 50% deposit has been paid. The remaining 50% balance is due on on arrival in Koh Samui.

• For sunset cruises and half day trips, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled less than 3 days before the booking. For day trips or multi-day charters, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for day trips and overnight or multi-day charters.

• The company reserves the right to cancel or postpone trips due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather). If the company cancels, the departure can be rescheduled or a full refund will be provided.

• In all other cases, bookings are non-refundable.
